10k step is a big joke. . .

30 mins workouts enough is another dangerous thing. .

all the physical efforts you put in between your dawn and dusk should be distributed at some regular intervals in a day, be it housewife, intense laborer, bus driver, corporate executive/employee.

sitting for 4 or 5 hours and then all of a sudden walking for 10k steps as a sure thing or all of a sudden start doing 30 mins, 45 mins workouts and then sit for 4 hours is more dangerous. . .

even body builders do walk/swim stretching exercises between their workout. If they sleep for an hour or two in daytime, they make sure they do some stretching exercise for an some time then mild walk, once warmed up, then start they next their workout schedule of the day. No bodybuilder sits/rests completely in their daytime after morning intense routine and then all of a sudden start intense workouts in the evening, no one can do it for a more than a week. ilaanti schedule 1 week chesthe bed lo padathadu for next 1-2 weeks. . .

With kids working from home has it own benefits. You wake up before them.. you do all the chores.. you run around all day.. and wait for the end of the day to relax…

blaming alone wfh does not solve the problem. One has to be disciplined enuf in life no matter what if your feel tired or lazy. Maybe once ina while you can have a off day or cheat meals but consistency is key…

Life is unpredictable,

sometimes I feel like we don't even know what happens in the next 1 hour but we plan to buy houses, cars, do all those things and then take too much stress for even small inconsequential things that almost kills us in the process, what a sad life we live!

unfortunate that your friend's life ended the way it did early, sad for that little baby who will not even remember mother's face, heart breaking to even imagine!

WFH may have its benefits but I’m not debating on pros and cons of it. Discipline, organize, etc are too big words. Living in first world itself means we aren’t putting in the physical work that we should normally put in a day. And added on top of WFH is making you sit at home for long hours.

Gym Ki potha, potta taggistha, yoga chestha, diet follow avutha itla sava laksha stories enduku ante our body is not getting enough physical activity in a day. When was the last time you actually walked as part of work but not as part of daily exercise ?
