Their is not a single good HYD restaurant In past their was GODAVARI but they closed due to some internal issues

I have been living in Long island / Hicksville area since last 14 years.. There were many indian restaurants opened up and gone in less than few years like Godavari, Mirchi .. The only Indian ( Hyderabadi ) restaurant surviving is Pista house ..  Area has a huge Indian population with majority being North but there is not a good Indian restaurant ( Andhra / Telangana ) cuisine like we find in NJ.. Area is definitely in need of a good restaurant with good ambience .. I think one of the reason many restaurants are not able to survive is expensive real estate which makes it difficult to operate .. I am open to discuss but not interested in business as I have no experience in this industry..
