The reasons are entirely different, you do know that British wanted to do away with slavery which would have put a lot of Americans esp in the South out of business and on the roads so they had no choice but to fight for their own independence. But nuvvu annattu antha hostility unte why would they go indulge in wars across the world with the British providing them the logistic and military support. Take any war in recent years, Iraq, Afghanistan you name it. Right behind the US Army there will always be British Army. Nuvvannattu okappudu veedu colonizer annattu anukunte that would have never happened. When it comes to geopolitics, US and UK are always going to be allies. Same is the case of cultural compatibility, if you go and ask 100 random Americans if they would like to have a British family or an Indian family as their neighbors they will 9/10 times side with the British.
