Have to negotiate salaries accordingly. With all commotion (ppl moving to) happening to Texas, salaries have to increase too with inflation and property taxes. 

Texas or atleast in DFW  and Austin and Houston lo Desis ekkada cherithe akkada schools automatic ga improve aithai.
