Which community? School district? Builder? Is there any MUD or PUD tax? How close is it to 380 and DNT?

hmm i thought some builders are giving that rate buydown credit to lender so that it will reduce by 1 point or 1.5 for first two years etc , basically builder is paying you the diff interest payment to the lender

Ledu bro mine is remote fte .If I have to look something in prosper or Frisco then it’s definitely it’s not in my budget and I don’t want to strech

School : Celina Isd 

community : Celina Hills 

Pid : yes but flat rate 

It’s very near to Preston and Outer loop that connects dnt in couple of miles

Discussed about this with  builder and they said they fairly new and  can’t offer any credit.

but what I have seen same house in next community is already 75k more with no upgrades or credits .

By the time your closing.. construction ayyesariki min 10months pattidhi aa time ki interest rates ela untayo evariki teledu. So adhi kuda alochinchuko.. even preferred lender won’t give any assurance

I’m more worried about base price bro.yes interest rates mana control lo levu and m thinking of  refianance at suitable time
