Bro In covid times i wasnt able to buy home and all saved money put into stock to cover inflation, when these growth stocks half thier peak thought  it is opportunistic and was doing avg until it became pennies and lost 250k , it’s couple of years hard earned money. Can’t tell the pain , loosing easy , earning is difficult. Not sure why I blindly followed and did mistake . You are good didn’t invest emergency funds.

I  bought MSFT , TSLA, Googl , FB , NVDA , AMZN made 100k profit in February and put every thing in VTI 50% , MsFT 30 % TSLA 15 % and remaining in C3Ai.

NIO and TLRY holding with a 50 k loss on paper ( didn’t sell any and will leave it as I don’t see any significant downside. 
 

VTI is another 20 k loss I think so far from the highs when I bought at 205 last month 

total positive of 30 k including all the looses in the last 1 year 

never open 401k account ( I don’t care how much in it or how it is progressing , the more we manipulate the more it looses we will take )
