What is usual annual percentage hike range?

Recently got 3.90% hike, last year it was 3.20. Working as Java developer with 6 yrs exp. Do you think that's a good number?

On promo may be 8 to it depends on bracket where you are in current call

Stock refresh unte lucky but not sure what is going to happen from now on
