State project vs Witch company - pay cut

Hi bros - I am working as Associate Director in Desi Witch company from last 5 months - pay 195K+10 bonus and 17 days PTO and 3% 401K - Full work - morning 7.30 to 7 PM and weekend 10 hrs minimum time have to work  2 weekend min per month. - ET time zone and i am in ET zone.

I got a new offer from State project as contractor - 100 per/hr and PST hours - no benefits including - PTO. 

What u guys suggest - join  State and kool work but pay may be 20 grants less. enjoy life ..

invest that additional time on physical n mental wellness

Bro, if some job is giving 20K less but not bothering you on weekends whereas other one is making you sit in weekends then it’s an easy decision.
