Edo anna ippatiki ayithe okay, I sit in a tub full of ice for 15 minutes after my run baa it helps a lot. I put some Epsom salt in it as well, bulk lo konta. Got myself an ice maker just for this purpose, it's very beneficial. 

I got inspired by Wim Hof, aayane naa dronacharya guru. Trying to learn swimming baa life lo oka Triathlon cheyalani atleast okkatena cheyali annadi o korika

Cheyochu but Whey is a good protein vaa as it gets absorbed pretty easily into the system. 

I also use ON whey protein, vanilla flavor.

Treadmill meeda no fun anna bayata aa gaali peelusthu chestunte aa kikke verabba. I try to run 3 times per week vaa some weeks doesn't happen but I walk even other wise for 45 min daily, maa doggie boy demand chesthadu arusthadu ledante

How long whey protein teskuntav? Edokaroju apali kada apudu your body struggles to shift to natural food protein. If possible natural protein food intake is better for long term

also after workout your body will be in catabolic phase which means u'll be loosing your muscle mass...so Whey protein isolate absorbs pretty quick in to the system adhi main use...which replenishes the muscles baa.

the name itself is supplement baa...remember always whole foods play crucial part in anybody's diet..

but whey isolate's main use is like i mentioned above mostly during the catabolic phase usually after workout during initial 30 minutes post workout.

I get plenty of natural protein too baa plus why would I stop whey protein I am not lactose intolerant.

Try taking 10 mg melatonin baa.

Another good idea is take a cold bath(coldest possible setting) before bedtime, neeku nidra rakunte appudadugu nannu

yaalukalu after food night at least…weekly 3-4 times after meal vaadu chitikedu namalandi….good for many
 

 Allam tea-weekly 3 days( blood clots raavu..heart ki gud)

Turmeric milk..weekly 3 times ( natural antiboitic)

ur kitchen is your mini pharmacy ( no digestion, gas probs)

Melatonin didn’t work for me. Will try cold bath
