Canada stamping need help

If any applied usa visa in canada please help me with below questions.

My india visa is expiring this month.

But my h1b extension happened recently and got 3 years.

 

As I came from India just couple of months back, I am looking to go to stamping for Canada.

My questions ?

1. Can I go to Canada  without usa stamping and Canada visa with just i194 validity.

2. Is drop box option available?

3. How long it takes to get passports ?

4. Do we need to collect passports and return to usa? Or they ll ship passports to usa home address?
