Recent ga. Oka candidate ni interview theskunam ma BA over qualified in reject cheisndhi as she owns the project .. I really felt bad for that person vadu anni answers echadu them why you interview him ani indirect ga anna

You will not understand how slow the market is until you start marketing..the jobs are there..but they are either filled internally or they hire someone refered by team members.. 

And these vendors are blatantly lying about the pay rates and submitting the candidates they prefer who agree to work for half the billing rate ... And majority of the jobs r with TCS CTS and Infosys..tech Mahindra..

 

 

Ah.. looks like you are totally exhausted. Sorry for adding more trouble to you. What I meant was these Companies as we know.. are just Use-and-Throw entities.. 

Coming to me, settled in the UK since long..so whatever idea I have on USA is only coming through AFDB posts. I can see lot of people have troubles heading North recently.. 

But some still hold on multiple jobs owing to the nature of domain they work like Public Sector, Transportation and energy which are not very much impacted.

Definitely good days come.

Worst thing is.. they let my director go in 2021.. he tried to hire me under his new team in April second week for new client he is working .

The third week their team are all let of go..and jobs moved to Canada as the client which is a bank  has presence in canada and their dollar is 75 american cents to a dollar..that is exact answer my director gave..and they moved on with my position..

 

Ila sachindhi market..I have applied at least 85-88 positions with interviews only for 5 ..

I did great for a client that was paying 105$ per hour.. but client mentioned I am very serious and highly technical but not jovial and fun to create environment that is balance of fun and technology Ani ..I got vexed with these feed backs..

1. That happens very freqyuently in many companies in developed world

2. Jobs moved to Canada.. and then to India. Poni akkada yeemanna salaries baaga istaara? No. Recently my friend after working for 20 years for Wipro in India had managed to get a role in Canada via same Wipro. Do not know the Gross, but the Net salary is 6,000 CAD, which is enough to sustain his family in Toronto. He is repenting his decision, but only ray of hope is he will get PR in few years, with definite timeframe
