Pandemic valla cost baga perigindi movie ki.. after frequent postpones, multiple times publicity, the costs have shot up.. interest costs kuda ekkuva.. but everyone who worked in that movie got lot of fame..

they won't tell... but he seems open and honest. 

He is a relatively small producer who signed SSR before bahubali. SSR respected that and made a film with him. Thats all. He is not a fool - he spent X, sold for X+Profit.  How X is spent is also SSR dictates - thats universal truth. But he won't care as he already has distributors advance for X+Profit in his bag. 

Rest all hungama is all SSR.
