I'm not saying it will vanish.

But tech company stocks crash and upheaval of AI is posing a huge threat....What do you think?

Both short term and long term standpoint lo not much growth is anticipated.

There won't be any drastic change for the top few percent of devs. golden era for billing rate might go. Our jobs will be much more different from what we do now down the line..

300k 400k for simple software jobs era is over unless you really bring something niche to the table.

like other saturated industries 80k to 150k salaries will be the norm.

Yeah seems like that’s inevitable.

may be we need to see this way…

1630s lo tulip flower murchents..in Netherlands…

1870s lo railroad construction jobs in usa…

1980s lo govt jobs in india..

2000s lo it jobs throughout world…

economic situation kill the craze of tulip flower merchant jobs…

industrial revolution replaced the labor jobs in railroads…

too much of resources and competition killed the govt jobs…

above three reasons can kill the it jobs..

I think "Growth" in the top tech companies are saturating. They have to find ways to run their existing business effectively and so they probably won't hire as many people anymore.

Top Tech companies will exist and thrive but the growth may not be as much going forward
