but here…in the fiat currency economic system…inflation is inevitable…thats why fed has tools like QE and QT…to control the inflation…

real estate investment are good not denying that…but entire portfolio of REIT is not good…

balancing of equity, debt, money market, gold and REIT…is advisable…
