several factors adding in...

when row tries/wants to de-stabilise the govt, every rebel wants to take up that oppurtunity as there will be external support both wrt to media and finances.

you tag the govt minority crushing, blame govt for khalistan opression...etc...and you get funded...

I am surprised by the stark change in ideology. The same group which claimed that Khalistan is not practical, is saying anti-Government rhetoric, not sure if they want Khalistan which again is not practical according to them?
