Tesla valuation ki vadiki unde product ki emaina sambandam unda? With the amount of EV players in the market and the way Tesla has accounted for 99 years of growth into their stock price, I would say Amaravati valuation is more likely than Tesla. Amaravati will reach the value of the investment before Tesla becomes valuable for the market cap they are showing (99 years).

Tesla has the market lead in EVs, the best EV drivetrain in the world where every govt is pushing towards electrification

Tesla would need to grow at 26% for the next 48 years to reach this valuation. Amaravati could reach the valuation of the real estate prices in less time than that time even without doing much. Tesla stock price accounts for 99 years of sales to with those growth rates. Amaravati is closer than Tesla to reach their valuation.

Given this kind of political set-up, Pulkas will not even invest a Penny on Amaravthi Projects starting 2024 (Assuming dead-horse will come to the Power).

Remember here we are talking about Pulkas who were riding high only when TDP was in Power. That means they take full advantage of Power and make good use of Govt money.. to build whatever they want to build -- and name it something like Cyberabad, IT Towers, Amaravathi Future World, Amaravathi Green City, Visionary City etc -- and grab as much land as possible.  And finally Glorify CBN and Pulkas as Visionaries without whom Andhra People would have been in Dark Ages.
