Next 2024 lo TDP ki 150 seats vochina, use yeemi vundadhu.. nobody will invest on 75 year old dead horse. By 2029 elections, TDP will be done and dusted. Jagga will again run anti-K campaign for 2029 elections and comfortably win.

Given this kind of political set-up, Pulkas will not even invest a Penny on Amaravthi Projects starting 2024 (Assuming dead-horse will come to the Power).

Remember here we are talking about Pulkas who were riding high only when TDP was in Power. That means they take full advantage of Power and make good use of Govt money.. to build whatever they want to build -- and name it something like Cyberabad, IT Towers, Amaravathi Future World, Amaravathi Green City, Visionary City etc -- and grab as much land as possible.  And finally Glorify CBN and Pulkas as Visionaries without whom Andhra People would have been in Dark Ages.

1. Firstly, they use Govt power and peoples money. For example, Ramoji Rao used CBNs power to have ring road diverted towards RFC and have the flyovers built even though they they are not required in that region. So it came at peoples cost.

2. Murali Mohan, Srujana, *neni and *pati families used TDP power to have built up their real estate Empires.

3. Almost all the top shots in Pulkas are the ones who has grown into fame only after 1983.

4. No one else from other communities get benefitted like this.

5. 95% of Amaravathis prosperity would have gone to 1% community.

Finally, Dhengeesinoollu calm gaa G moosukoni koorchooka, meemu Thopu, maa CBN Visionary, maa Pulkas leekapoothe asalu AP leedhu, chullikaaya anukuntu kaburlu.
