There is hardly any need for the citizens to go to a government office as many services can be availed at mandal and village level itself, thanks to Mee Seva service. Still akada ikada adugu tune vuntaru but that’s mostly grade 4 people for their chai paani. 
 

Institutional corruption is still rampant although majority of the population will not get effected at this level.

basically, mukku LK regulated this corruption at all levels.

alternate you have online services at your finger tips. Whatever e-seva does can be requested from your phone without visiting any office including driver’s license and vehicle registrations

Birth, death, survey(eseva only provides your details and scheudle an appointment) and registration can be requested from dharani

If you have above 10 crore property without any political or govt administration support. Count your days, its just a matter of time.
