No merit, some tiny bit of RSUs, I joined in last quarter so assumed that there won't be any merit increases, RSUs surprised me, peanuts aina edo oka peanut butter lo chesukovachu ani happy feel ayya as I was not expecting anything this year

10% merit increase in this environment is great. my company one of the big tech gaints did 5% last year and this year might be less or equalant. i am gc holder planning to quit but the market is very competitive and not getting any interviews. if i can get atleast one interview i will quit this job.

Big tech gaint ante, already salary would be very high kada. For us the salary was not reasonable and so they are trying to normalize.
