With lot of talent from big companies and experienced ppl in market looking for job, its really a tough situation outside.

Why leave and go? Mestri will run payroll kada. FT valu converting to B1/B2 to get 6 months breathing time and search for job.

But yes, financially big pain to keep family here without income.
