simple myan. Entertain them. 

Give them a routine/schedule to follow. Take them to trips and keep them busy plan for next trip. 

And make sure to follow up on their routine and keep them busy and healthy. Good luck my friend. 

I honestly think they are doing you a favor by killing their precious time by looking at those crap and not to bother you.
