Better to use internal resources to get promoted. If it's a big company , they have resources and career path

Communication , understanding of business , Good relations with team and managing skills, financial acumen.

Communication skills .. people ni convince cheyagalagali .. chinna change ni kuda oka pedha narration tho pedha danilaaga chupinchali or meetings lo sell cheyagalagali .. those are very important ..

Katte kotte theche type nadavadhu mostly manager roles lo .. thats whats im lacking 😔

Dont know how to improve that skill set
