At one point around May,June of 1989...NTR called every Cop leader in Coastal Dists and begged for their Pardon. Congress started encouraging Ambati, Botsa, Kanna L Narayana, Perni family, Mudragada family, Jakkampudi family to cash in on anti-Pulka insuregncy.

NTR approached Vummareddy and many other Cop leaders and asked ways to soothe the anger of Cops. Nothing worked out for him. And people awarded him 2/42 in MP elections and 

That way, all these cassette based politics were started by TDP. They encashed every thing that came out of it and DID Nothing to suppress cassette feelings.

which ultimately led to the demise of United AP.

If there is any Legal framework like Treaty of Versailles, where all the conquering countries like France, UK and Russia made a Law to get Germany compensated for war reparations.....we should have a 'Treaty of Pulkas' where AP people should be made to pay by Ramoji Rao, Murali Mohan, NTR family, CBN family and *neni, *pati families.
