you can change employer with out submitting 485J. POE daggara they wont validate your work documents or employment letters.

you can submit 485J with new employer if you think you will get your GC very soon if not you can wait until dates move and you receive an RFE.

485J apply cheyyataniki your new employer need to sign you 485J application.

Bro, if 485 is pending and PD is somewhere 2014 . Then chances of getting current is 7 - 10 years. In that case no one pick file until then for review ? Even in the worst case chance of getting rejection will take 7 - 10 years? My understanding is correct? @csrcsr

LinkedIn and Indeed are great places to start your job search for .NET developer positions. However, it's important to keep in mind that some job postings may require candidates to have specific work authorization, such as a green card or citizenship, which can limit your options as an EAD holder.

Aside from those two job boards, here are a few more options you can consider:

  1. Dice.com: This job board specializes in tech positions and has a section specifically for .NET jobs.

  2. Glassdoor.com: This website not only lists job postings but also provides company reviews and salary information to help you make informed decisions about potential employers.

  3. SimplyHired.com: This job search engine aggregates job listings from various sources, including company websites and job boards.

  4. CareerBuilder.com: Similar to Indeed, CareerBuilder is a general job board that allows you to search for .NET developer positions by location, salary, and job type.

  5. Monster.com: This job board has been around for a long time and still remains a popular choice for job seekers.

Remember, it's important to tailor your application to the specific job requirements and to keep applying to different positions to increase your chances of getting hired. Good luck!

EAD will work and fulltime client will ask to stay on EAD and will not file for H1B extensions.

Don't use EAD and use it for backup . Use H1B to be safe
