Two incidents came across with 2 different set of frds

 

saturday night close frd ne kalisinam we meet them after 4 months .. valla kid is almost my younger son age(4) so Ala discussion lo we observed is not talking much and suddenly cries when other kids play or shouts and conversation cheyadu so memu speech delay anukunamu and same time there parents know too koncham delay vundhi but avvi ani chusthey kid might need additional support anipinchindhi ..vallu not excepting only they says …” veedu Chaala lazy  ..talking cheyadaneki kuda lazy “ ani answering .. kani aa kid chusthu vunte felt bad he need support but vellu  just gives him phone when he crys….. we felt to say autism vundhi emo evaluation cheyandi kani vallu ela tesukunatro ardham avuthale malli close Frds..

 

Sunday inko incident .. inko family kalisam they have 2 kids age 5 & 3 …parents both work .. ekkada vellu chesina mistake enti ante abbayi neglected his health .. neck pain and should pain vachina he used to think kids tho play chesina kadha aa pains vundavachu ani .. gradually he started loosing weight in a week he lost almost 5 lbs or so and found lump on neck which is big size .. finally check cheyinchukunte they found it’s cancer stage 3/4 ani .. doctor said curable with sessions but he neglected health ..wish him soon recovery 🙏🏻..

 

 never neglect health of yours and ur kids .. keep evaluating if u see anything differences

In the 1st case, the kid clearly has autism and it's not the kid's fault that he has it. It's also nothing to be ashamed of, there's a lot of support for autistic kids in the US and they can have a mostly normal life and childhood if some of their needs are taken care of. Your friends are terrible parents neglecting their kid this way, he might undergo trauma at this age which might become permanent if his special needs aren't taken care of and he will continue to feel neglected as he continues to grow up into adulthood. 

Neeku mee best friend ke cheppadaniki ee nijam intha namoshi ga unte do one thing, call child services and let them know about this child and the fact that his parents are continuing to neglect the child's medical condition which clearly indicates autism. 

as for the second incident, doesn't your friend get an annual physical? If he didn't then he's clearly neglectful of his health, no excuses.
