and  last ki entha manchiga chesina hold lo ki pothunayi, or else to referrals or some US/GC candidate. 

Nenu kooda interviews doing but lot of them never heard back…

Still getting plenty of calls from recruiters. Know few friends who joined last month in big bank for higher pay. None of the people I know did not lose a job and many are doing multiple jobs. May be a slight slow down
