getting call and getting selected are two different things...

i am not talking about calls...

talking about how interviewer has multiple options now...to choose one right candidate...

we are doing interviews...since pretty long time...all those people also got the calls...but not selected...becuase...there is plenty of talent in the market...

What is the pay range for the position you are interviewing candidates bro ? And also if the position(s) is sponsorship eligible?

last week...one lady...she cleared all the rounds...but she needs sponsorship and lacking in leadership qualities ani rejected.....companies have lot of options...now...

typical supply and demand...

talent supply ekkuva vundi...so they are picky...now..

True. I am also screening candidates after 6 months. This time chaala aggressive ga coming resumes and candidates are good too - last 2 years lo aythe position open unnapudu weekly 3-4 vachevi but now within 2 days 8 resumes came from same vendor, inka vere vendors nundi enni coming o idea ledu. Day 1 onsite. 

To those saying it is fake and people still doing multi  jobs - a multi jobs eppudo vachi untay and once a jobs pothe market lo enter aythe telustadi anukunta situation. Alaa ani levu ani kaadu - competition baagane undi
