It doesn't matter if we are taking coffee breaks or browsing phone in between.. your mind will be still occupied with the office work passively until the issue is resolved ..final goal is achieved.. 

The real break is when you can comfortably sit without thinking about next day work or go to sleep peacefully..

 

With 14 hours of office interaction it is hard to maintain sanity.. that too one a week long stretch ..cant imagine
