Looks like she has lot of free time.. join her in an IT course.. and tell her that she has to work for your family to earn more and move to the next stage (like buying a home or invest etc) .. at home unde vaunties tho kakunda work chese vallatho ekkuva kalavandi.. compare her with other working women and encourage her that she can do much better.. but be positive in your intent.. 

once woman get a hang of working women and how different they are in everything they do, they will go to great lengths to get a job.. but once she starts working, you will have a different set of problems to deal with 😄
