Completely unrelated..paid fees previously for July interview appointment. Changed jobs now…fees pothaya or emanna cheyaccha?

DS160 is visa application. It is valid for one year. You can always (after or within one year) fill a new DS160 and update your profile details. If interview was not already scheduled, the new updated DS160 gets reflected. If interview was already scheduled and do not want to change the appointment, email ustraveldocs with new DS160 number. They will update it for you free of cost.

VAC also does it for you but they charge you. You do not need to explain yourself to them. Just create a new DS160 and email them to update the appointment.
