Well, it's the rule set for chitfund companies, bro. Not ACB logic. There is gross violation of rules in the Margadarsi case. Irrespective of where your sympathies lie, there is primafacie evidence that there were violations.

Now, is it political vendetta or not is debatable. It is political vendetta similar to the cases on Jagan etc. But, Ch. Ramoji Rao did wrong and he should recieve appropriate punishment as per law. This should not be politicised as there are a lot of families affected because of chit companies that closed. If all deviations are not punished, there will be more damage to people from the lower strata of the society that depend on Chit companies to save/get loans from them.

Well, prima facie undani courts ee decide chesayi. Nenu kadhu. Supreme court has agreed that there is enough evidence to let CID pursue their investigation. Nenu Sakshi chadavaledu. Meeru Eenadu, Jyothi chaduvutunnattunnaru.

Exactly what was trying to say. You are quoting a different case which has HUF Hindi Undivided HL family as parent group for which RBI said we are okay to collect deposits from outsiders.

Simple compliance issues? Villages lost their access to the road and is that a simple compliance issue? Please watch out.
