Moved to India in 2019 had 140 approved with PD 2017 Jan . Konni problems valla  cant stay here now 

is it possible to enter to US again? , if yes adaina tech in good demand cheppandi bhayya ,

find employer who can sponsor h1b  don't go with Mesthris. chatgpt

Find a employer who can transfer your h1 once your 140 is approved and it passed 6 months you can come any time but h1 stamping ki velali

Which tech qiestion is  very broad bro it depends on what you worked earlier,
