Bro unfortunately I took variable interest rate

That’s okay. You can sell your property after 2-3 years. If you see you made a loss on the property, you can claim it your taxes.

I Purchased property last year and last week my friend bought property on same street with same

land size and better interiors for $150k less. I am not jealous of my friend but feeling sad that I made

wrong investment I should have waited for right time.

No one can time the market , you have to see if you can afford it and happy in that home . If this is your first home then it’s not really an investment. You need a place to call home .

what was the fixed torste when you took loan ? And what is your variable rate ?

Same thing happened in Dallas to a friend 5 years ago. He laid 800k , his friend paid 700k.

Now both are 1.4M

Chill and hope the best

In my opinion, you bid based on the demand. There is nothing like a right or wrong time. Market itself is like that ups and downs.

Stocks lo value padite, we buy more and average out..

Similarly, buy 1 or more houses and average out the per home price.. Good luck.. 👍

I have no borrowing capacity to buy more properties, capital value of current property is below the cost price
