USD will keep appreciating against rupee forever until india become a net exporter

India has always ran a huge current account deficit for all it's history due to energy imports.  Unless india finds another industry like IT industry that can produce lot of net exports

Only if Indian rupee is continued to be pegged to the dollar. China is not pegged to the $ since 2005.

No it won't , india itself has almost no domestic production as of now

It will still be importing vast amount of stuff for EV's

I don't see any chance that current account deficit will reduce next 3 decades

You are wrong , chinese RMB is actually pegged to the dollar. While Indian rupee is somewhat free floating

comparison with china who runs the highest current account surplus for almost 2 decades is just wrong

Besides the value has nothing 5o so pegging anyway , it's just a simple product of current account deficit/surplus
