Hello DB members , Have a small question .. My GC Priority Date is 2017 with my previous employer-A and due to some job issues moved to a different employer-B in 2021. But after joining new employer-B came to know he is asking to write an agreement for filing GC that I will be with him for couple of years.

So , I am just waiting for market to stabilize and switch job , mean while I have this questions

1) As I moved to employer-B from last 2 years  and still didn't apply GC with him will there be any problem during visa stamping ? or any other issues.

Only reason is koncham market better ayyaka better employer ki jump kodtham anni.

Please Advise !!!! Thanks in Advance

No Issues , assuming you worked for employer -A for 180 days  after 140 is approved , you can keep renewing h1s , but if your date becomes current (which is very unlikely soon) you need your current company 140

Thanks @csrcsr @odhu_le_macha !!

Just killing Time with employer B , Once better job vacchaka I need to switch to employer C and file it.

Yes , I was there with employer A for 4 years after getting i140.

IMO, there is no need to file GC now as the dates are not moving at all, and we dont know how long we stick to the same employer.

USCIS hundi lo money vesinattey once you change the employer again.
