For thousands of years godavari and krishna deltas are richher

after 1991 liberalization hyderabad developed faster pace due to multiple reasons

mumbai pune banglore developed much faster pace than hyderbad

Gujrat development in last 15 years super fast compared to Hyderabad

Thousands of years ? False

godavari delta people only had irrigation after Arthur Cotton built it.Krishna delta was largely unirrigated before nagarjuna Sagar, Prakasam barrage were built.

You can notice godavari/krishna do not have any grand temples or any other historical structures

Hyderabad was rich pre 1991 too in comparison with rest of Andhra but the single minded focus on it after liberalisation made other cities in Andhra (and Telangana) fall behind

But yes your last point about other states growth is valid

Gujarat is the fastest-growing state for the last nine years (from FY12 to FY21),according to the latest data released by RBI. Gujarat's Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP) at the constant price has increased at compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 8.2 per cent

2nd Karnataka 7.3

3rd Haryana 7.1

4th Madhya Pradesh 6.7

5th Andhra Pradesh 6.5

6th Telangana 6.1

Most of them are myths…

AP politicans became richer after they moved to Hyd…they weren’t when they were in their native places.

TG lands are much more worth than in Andhra now.

AP certainly has more educated voters than TG but their education is commercialized one which gave them degrees but not social awareness. And more over, they migrated to places where there were better educational facilities so you can say native Andhra barely had any good edi infra.

Media took control of Andhra long back…sometime around 1980 and people believed what ever media projects as a reality, in short they stayed far away from reality.

Andhra Is a deeply divided society on caste lines. Political parties shame their own state for their benefit and si much so that they join hands with anyone to project the weakness of their state, this is a trademark behavior. For eg, TDP will do everything to project AP in a bad state at any cost…

Andhra Pradesh doesn’t have capital city, why would investors invest at that place. my friends lot of andhra are investing In Hyderabad or Dallas but not in Andhra.

Telangana has hyderabad and in last five years , it grew above and beyond. The money it made spilled into neighboring districts. Land cost across telangana anywhere per acre cost atleast 15 lakhs. Road side land cost above 1 crore to 3 crores.

Warangal became another big city in Telangana after division. Investors are investing in Warangal after Hyderabad . All districts in Telangana became green again with water and cultivation, people have money to spend with rytu bandu, dalit bandu etc... If this continues for another 5 years, Andhra districts will become backward and Telanga districts will be fully developed.
