Most of the kids in extreme poverty in Telangana/AP are tribals 

Unfortunately for them they are very small in number and do not have identification or  permanent address to avail govt welfare schemes.

Also a big issue is some of them are addicted to alcohol and they sell their ration cards for alcohol money 

Ayina congress/nehru family ruled the state/country for 50 years, if anything they are ones mainly responsible for abject poverty across the country

The most pathetic state of india is why are pigs allowed to live near human habitations ? 

Last time I went to india , i saw pigs roaming near Bengaluru and Chennai outskirts.

If pigs are roaming around in so called Tier 1 cities , then where is the so called development ?
