I can vouch for it.

My dad got paralyzed. He took acupuncture treatment for 3 months 3 yrs after incident happened and got back a lot of movement in legs and hands.

Finding a good practitioner is the key.

For those in SF, try this guy. He is a magician.

The guy I went to is a Chinese professor who teaches at SF School of Acupuncture. His wife is a practitioner too. His price is a little higher compared to others. Last I know he used to charge $80 per session. Others around would charge $45 at that time. A colleague's daughter lost all sensation in her legs and pretty much every doctor they knew gave up. He got her back to normal in 6 months. That's how I know about him.

For my dad its 2 sittings per week for 3 months. In fact if its not improving, he himself will tell you to stop. We saw the progress in my dad so we kept going. After 3 months he asked to stop, it wont improve anymore.

His wife is a specialist in women - pregnancy problems. If someone has problems getting pregnant, Acupuncture has good treatment.
