Calling bell kodithe shoot chesestara adi kuda kalchi kinda padda vaadi mida malla kalchadam..he could have been a mailman or salesman too ...the reason people are donating is because they are pissed off that there are no charges against the man who shot this guy just for pressing a calling bell

Shooting for the second time could bring charges against that old man. if the victim is on the ground or running away (not dangerous anymore), there is no reason to shoot again.
