Avi different parts ga divide chesi , money given by relatives and parents savings ani petteyyadame, I don’t think they will ask proofs for that too as long as you pay taxes.
And née employer Baga cooperative aithe cut a deal with him saying you pay him in India and you can take bonus here every year.

One more option i heard not sure is crypto payments, find someone who can gift you bitcoin here, lately they are following this strategy

India lo aithe no prob bro under one crore if you can show, land amminam ani cheppocchu anthe indian bank won’t ask u to pay tax for it.

First of all India lo Nationalized banks lo deposit cheyyakandi..  Split amount into private banks HDFC, ICICI, AXIS, Karur Vysya Bank... Vellu under 10 lakhs deposits asalu pattinchukoru..so do multiple times.

SBI vadu 1 lakh ki kuda report chestadu .. so govt banks avoid.

Even if bank didn't ask proof, it will come out some day by IT notices to you. There is no escape from IT depart with that huge amount, unless you distribute to different people and get back into your account showing different reason and that too you can't get that all in same year. 

Best solution is, you need to ask buyer to give money in white and for that you will be asked to reduce selling price by 20-30% since he need to pay 7% reg. fee and he is also showing that money in his taxes. and its not an option for every buyer as they may not have that much white amount in their books.

That is why mostly people who sell land will again buy land somewhere passing this black amount hand to hand and real estate sustain in India even though house cost EMI is not even remotely related to rents we get in India.
