CBI is saying Avinash Reddy told that he died from heart attack. But YCP is telling someone else told this to Avinash Reddy and Avinash Reddy never confirmed that it was a heart attack before talking with press.

I clearly remember on the murder day, morning 5-6am ke it was initially reported that he died due to heart attack and by 7-8am, after the family members started arriving and saw the body, they said it was indeed murder...first set of family members vachake murder ani telsindi....a time ki media lo kuda murder ani report chesinaru with pictures...when they claimed heart attack, there were no pictures.

The guy who first saw the scene of offence apparently was the one who took pictures and sent it to the family and that's where this 'heart attack' story started...
