Go to Gym bro.. Lift weights... Iron rich diet tesko

Stop smoking and drinking... try to shoot during the cycle and keep trying..

and most importantly pray to god.. visit temples...  I recommend doing 16 Mondays to Lord shiva... manaspurthiga mokkukoni follow the above... kudrite visit Arunachalam temple in India..I have heard great stories...
