she said 180k but dint say yearly or 2 years(90k) or 3 years(45k)

She has 3 years exp so very much possible as most of my friends with 7+ years making 250K + base

Accenture is huge and they have variety of pay models . 
 

are you asking for a contractor or FT with Accenture ? They there is consulting wing and typical development wing . 
 

consulting wing lo salaries are very high and development wing has typical desi MNC salaries .
