Now to put people behind the bars, especially in such cases they need few things such as Murder weapon, murder motive, murder for gain, etc. Itlanti cases la corrobarotive theories use chesi last seen, last contact etc tho motive link up chestaru but hard evidence vundadu...

Hmm…two years State Police kinda vunna SIT was continued by Jagan and if my suspicion is true, then Jagan should be worried as SIT would have worked under the directions of Jagan to clean up the evidences and stage the motive.

evidence destruction after murder is a big thing. these guys cleaned blood and stitched his body, ordered freezer and brought flowers to cover up stitches, by standing at the door bhaskar reddy made sure no one entered home when this was happening. are u saying all this is done by bhaskar reddy batch  just for fun?... already CBI established motive(avinash mp seat), they have dastagiri statement, they have google take out evidence, and they tried wiping out evidence by all means.. if this is not enough evidence, no case will be resolved.

If the SIT covered up all the evidence and If there is no evidence, why will they arrest Bhaskar reddy? Why will they ask Avinash to come for questioning so many times? why will Jagga go to Delhi so many times to slow down the investigation? Murder motive divert chesthe, why is cbi suspecting Avinash reddy and Bhaskar reddy? They should ideally suspect btech Ravi and that other reddy ex minister…

May be.. but meanwhile they will arrest all of these guys involved (even theoretically) and put them in jail until the investigation is completed and the trial starts… then these guys have to fight it out in the court and this takes several years..

Oh goodness, antha cover up chesthe CBI enduku Avinash gadiki link pettindi antav ? entha clean up chesina, ekad oka degaa chinna clue vuntadi...a clue n ipatukune CBI ollu intha varaku vachindi...that does not mean the case will solve. 

Coming to meetings cancel chesukuni, Delhi poi, Lobbyist etc....DO you really believe in such stuff? Delhi poi evaditho aina matladali anite phone leda ? CM has direct hotline with PMO and HM, Jaggadu ae panikatukuni Delhi ki poi deal chestunte inka lobbyinst endi vayya...ivanni pulka gallu self-satisfaction kosam chepune theories.

CBI is in a hurry to frame charges and file chargesheet before 30th but eventually they will ask for extension as new judge will be in place and new CBI team will take up from here...and so on new theories..

Okay, let me put it this way. Technical and documental evidences have been compromised, forensic evidences at the crime scene have been tampered with, Digital evidences kuda sarigga levu..

Now that they do not have evidence, they will have to use certain theories like who will gain politically, financially, family, etc and consider the situation to join the leads, That does not mean they are evidences but theories with assumptions. 

Avinash and Bhasker reddy mida charges "evidence tampering, interfering with investigation and obstruction of investigation"...ivi chesindi velle kabatti murder kuda velle chesaru ani charges...anthe kani they are not directly linked to the murder.

It's actually the other way. They will arrest only if they have reasonable proof or if they suspect they will influence other witnesses and disturb the investigation process...99% of the arrests happen for this reason itself. Bhaskar Reddy ki already bail vachesindi. If the court believes they are no threat to the investigation and co-operating, then no issues with the bail.

Once the trail starts, these guys will have control over the case and they don't have to worry as it can be prolonged for as long as they want...documental and technical evidences lekapothey ide avutadi
