If you aren't particular about budget/Mac OS  for 250 more you can get Mac Air M1 . Every 2 weeks or so it would be on sale @ Costco. Dell downgraded 90% of their screens to below 250 nits brightness.

It is a fantastic device and a good deal but def not for those who want to work on windows
