No issues both are independent,  if you really want your wife to be on h1b you can proceed no impact on her h1 because of your perm 140 processing bro

Between h4 and h1 for spouse it's your call

If she can manage the job all the time h1 will be back up in case one of you gets impacted in long run one of you can go to h4

If she might take breaks etc h4ead is best more flexible but you will not have backup option that's ok

Yes once she works at least for one Month and change of status is approved he h1 is activated

from then on she can flip status to h4  and back to h1 , but stamping ki aina velali or Mexico ki poyi automatic revalidation kuda use chesukovochu with stamping

Apply for H1b, work on H1b few months... once I140 approved move to H4 EAD. When needed she can transfer to H1 again.

If she stays on h4 now , if something happen to you she will be out of status immediately. So think big.

This is the right approach.

Get H1b approved and activated and work for few months. Then move spouse over to H4 EAD. Lot more jobs open up for H4 EAD as sponsorship is not needed.
