You can come back , within those 6 years I mean 6 years of h1b life lo inka entha leftover unte antha only thing you might have ro go stamping if it expires,140 approve ayyi 6 months aithe you can come anytime

If you stay 1 year in India then your 6 years h1 resets

Situation is something else kada as per TS…contract ayipoindi anuko and you are on H1b…India Ki ellipoi summer la mangoes enjoy chesi, ie time lo inko contract chusuni back to US ravocha leda ? Emaina issues vuntaya like amendment file cheyadam, 60 days clock, pay roll running etc..

No brother current petition also if you leave US for 365 days it gets reset to 6 years again

Let's example 

If I am on bench Here and my payroll is not running i have to leave the country  after 60 days (assuming no h4 b1 option) you go to india find a project amend tge petition to new client or find new employer you can always comeback ,, the time you are in india lo no pay roll is needed , no clock counting but you need to amend ortransfer that petition to new employer get the visa stamped (if you have stamping valid you can come with stamping)

Bro it won't reset that means the current petition will not be good for 6 more years after 1 year , you can file with new cap you cam check with att

I think this is the answer TS is looking for…practically this is feasible but then again we have to go thru the process of amendment and if we have to do so, Do we have to wait until we get the amended Petition ? Imagine valid h1b vunna, stamping lekapothey ? Stamping vundi payroll run avuthu 60 days cross ayithe ?

Na stamping may 2025 varaku undhi. Na project aipoindhi. Market emi baaledhu, also I would like to stick with my current employer. 
I just need to know if my H1 would be terminated if no pay roll is running. Country datithe problem ae undadhu ante even if no payroll is running I will happily leave the country and then come back after I find a project

But you have to amend and comeback bro that will be safest route. or find new employer
