Mestri thone two projects cheste pay okati 15th date ki and second daniki 30th ki ista antunnadu. Two pay rolls running anta.  Both stubs lo pay period same untadi kada and both kalipithe 80 hours avutay kada. H1 lo 80 hours same mestri lo cheyocha.  How they r handling it.

Ya ala ayithe best. Just rate increase chesi oke stub lo run cheste good. Normal ga maku 15th ki pay every month (this month work hours ki next month 15th ki pay). Second project cheste next month 30th ki inko pay stub run avutadi annadu. But pay period dates same untay kada rendu pay stubs lo, dheeni valla em issue kada h1 ki
