how is Austin and Houston to move and I am looking for non crowded areas . Is Austin better than Dallas ?

@perugu_vada austin please share your experience to prefer Austin . Friends said Dallas is not good

for now, Dallas market is still HOT and you might end up paying more

Austin market cooled down and prices are more stable.

round rock, leander is areas i suggest you to look for houses!

spend a month here (austin, dallas) and make a decision. instead of directly moving.

Austin:
Pros: good weather, gets very hot in summer, tech and young crowd, lots of greenery and hill country, less desi crowd than Dallas and Houston

cons: allergies, traffic and bad infrastructure due to high influx of moving, not great Indian food, few international flights, homes prices are cooled off but still expensive

Houston my only complaint is humidity.

good luck
