i mentioned in other post - per bro and sis plan - no one cares who dies, their formula one after another should die -- did you get that doubt why kumar died in train accident ? from there it started who sees previous person death will be fasaked - so here main villain only died ante -- not worried if they die to make their formula work.. which they showed clearly bro died, and sister almost died - hero gadu vachi aa chain ni break chestadu - hero kadha entihna...

yes sammu going to shyamala is coincidence she doesnt know that. Also she knew from beginning it will be here someday because she tells hero that she will die in short time.
